Inside Chair Setup
1.
Start first row next to post
-
This will keep all your rows looking the same as you reach other post
2.
Make the full first row off floor cut line
-
8 chairs per row
-
Under 190 guest Put front of chair on the cut line
-
If over 190 guest start the first row with the back of the chair on the cut line.
-
Once the first row is setup you will use the other cut line to begin building out row
-
Mirror the first row all the way to the back
-
I use the inside isle chair to measure the distance between rows
-
Use the front and back of the measuring chair to decide on the row spacing
-
Keep a tight row do to limited amount of space
-
Unless it is like 100 guest count then space out to fill whole space
-
It's good practice to check how wide the row is around half way
-
This helps to keep the full row the same width
3.
Check rows
-
Use the inside concrete cut lines to check rows
-
It will let you know if both sides are close
4.
Walking Isle
-
If I have room and don't need to put chairs here I like to make a small walk way on each side
