Outside DJ Equipment Setup

1.

Get equipment from utility room on girls suite. Code 2121

  • Items to grab

    • Setup dolly

    • Blue tote​

    • Speaker

    • Table​

    • Blue

1. Setup in the grass on the guy's side
2. Setup table and add tablecloth (put equipment on table to keep the wind from blowing it off)
3. Run extension cord, set the extension box on the right side under the table

4. Set speaker stand up slightly behind the table, make sure to put locking pin in
5. Put speaker on the stand, Leave the power OFF
6. Run power cord from speaker, use extension cord, connect to extension box

7. Connect power to mixer and MC box

8. Wire hookup

  • Hook 1/4 jack / XLR adapter cable to mixer. Connect to either the L or the R (located top right of mixer)

9. Use XLR cable ​to connect adapter cable to the speaker

11. Connect MC XLR cable to the mixer (top left of mixer #1)

12. Turn ON equipment in this order

  • Mixer

  • MC box

  • Speaker

Linking Phone or Tablet

13. On the mixer push the MODE button. It will rotate bt (Bluetooth) until it finds the equipment you want to link​​

  • If the bt is solid and still not locating the equipment you want (check your other devices to make sure they aren't linked)

  • Check the device Bluetooth to see if linked

Troubleshooting

  • Check volume on tablet

  • 7/8 USB button top middle 

  • Bluetooth on correct system

  • Make sure everything is ON
