Checklist During Wedding

1) After ceremony rack chairs (if outside put behind guys suite)

2) Build out round fire pit circle and setup firepit

3)Check both restrooms for paper towels, hand soaps and toilet paper as needed

4)Check temperature if needs to be adjusted make adjustments as needed and fans

5) Check trash before dinner, during dinner, when dance floor opens up and as needed

6) Make sure lights are on (suite string lights, concrete patio string lights, drive thru/parking lot)

7) Light firepit 

8)Once dance floor opens up dim down the lights on the side wings if DJ doesn't do on his own

9)Make sure DJ and Bar under lights are on
